Sunday Dharma Function – Understand the law of cause and effect to create a positive destiny

On the 27th of April, there are 60 devotees did their chant “Filial Piety Sutra” and recited the “Prayer for Our Parent, Relative, and Friends” written by Venerable Master Hsing Yun.
Ven Juehao illustrated the law of cause and effect using the history of Queen Srimala asked Buddha about four different types of woman based on her observation : “ugly looking and poor”, “ugly looking but wealthy”, “graceful but poor” and “both graceful and wealthy”. These effects will determine by the causes, example: to obtain good looking, the thought must be good and kind; to obtain wealth and good fortune, one must practice donation and generosity.
