Elders from Holy Trinity Cathedral Visits Fo Guang Shan

On 27th August Mr Wheeler led 28 elders from 60’s Up Devonport group from Auckland’s Holy Trinity Cathedral to visit the temple.

They were received by young volunteer Karina to tour the temple ground, gardens, Fo Guang Yuan Art Gallery’s sculpture exhibition and explain the functions of each Shrine. To this the visitors all expressed many praises.

The first time visitors are very thankful for this opportunity to visit this Pure land because it brought comfort and peace to their heart. Many who have visited before praised the temple’s development. It showed that Humanistic Buddhism’s faith and culture has benefitted everyone’s qualities of life.
