Wu Jung Tzu’s Sculpture Exhibition Received Great Praises from the Public

As a part his world tour, famous Taiwanese sculpture Wu Jung Tzu’s “A World Tour of sculptures from the four great Chinese novels” is currently exhibited at Fo Guang Shan North Island’s Fo Guang Yuan Art Gallery 1. This exhibition has attracted many local visitors.

Since 23 August, Garry has been a volunteer at the art gallery to welcome many visitors of different age and ethnicities. Many people have heard about this exhibition through local magazines and newspaper, to which the visitors have given great praises toward the sculpture’s meticulous details. On the weekend you can also see many Chinese parents explaining stories of the 4 great Chinese novels to their children.

Garry expressed that these sculptures have touched his heart. Sculpture of Li Dai Yu from “Dreams of the Red Chamber” has vividly expressed the character’s expression and spirit, it is like a form of silent communication that brings into the world as written on the novel.

Audiences commented that every piece has expressed the essence of Wu Jung Tzu’s spirit. Not only will one be able to savour the charm of Chinese literary culture, but is also able to enjoy the beauty of art.
