20 participants from Sydney Fo Guang Shan Nantian temple arrived on 11th July, 1 am

The guiding venerable, Ven. Chi-Ren led 19 participants arrived at NZ North island Fo Guang Shan at 1am. Despite the short sleeping time, the participants were able to wake up at 7:30 am for their breakfast.
Venerable Abbess ManShin conducted a temple tour for them. The temple tour started with the incense offering at the Main Shrine. Then they walked through the Zen Garden
, the courtyard in front of the Main Shrine (known as the field of Merits) and the Pagoda.
The Sydney participants are memorized by the landscape and they felt the tranquility of this Tang dynasty style architecture. They are very glad that they have made the right choice to attend this conference in such a beautiful place.
