English Meditation adding Positive Energy
Fo Guang Shan (FGS) South Island NZ held English meditation class on 20th May where BLIA members Ding LihSon and Kok Wei, Low guided meditation and taught Tai Chi. The class went from walking, sitting to tea meditation experiencing the taste of Zen in life. With 3 other practitioners, they prepared tea meditation to the class. In the midst of tea drinking, they felt the aroma of tea and the taste of Zen. During the Q & A session, trainees Tim and Vanessa which are school teachers expressed that through meditation practices, both husband and wife guided their students in learning sitting meditation. They found out their student focus are better have and they are more active in their extracurricular activities. Lastly, the class gratefully thanked FGS South Island in organising the English meditation class that brought positive energy to their family.
