14th July – Leadership training and Environmental Preservation – Junior participants

These 2 sessions were created for the 16 participants with the age 15 years old and below.

The first hour session was conducted by the Malaysian Motivator speaker, Uncle Bang. He talked about the quality of a leader; he illustrated them with pictures and short video chip. Uncle Bang also mentions the trait of 1) the follower, 2) the manager and 3) the leader.

Besides, the skill of a leader, respect and co-operation are essence too.

Then the second session was conducted by the English Sub chapter president, Georgina Jarvis. She led to the group on the discussion of the environmental preservation. Ms Jarvis led the young participants to think about energy conservation, and protect the surrounding too; had set off an exciting discussion.
At the end of the session, the young participants have a better understanding on the preservation and will conserve these natural resources.
