The Curator, Abbess appreciated the BLIA HQ organised the Photography Contest worldwide. She shared that New Zealand had received 20% of the awards in the contest. This resulted from collective efforts representing the wisdom and light within our hearts. The strength of faith gathers us to create, share, and feel the beauty. With faith, she wishes everyone to stay safe and strong to support each other.

Snr Sgt Lin expressed that it was a pleasure to enjoy the fantastic exhibition with everyone. The photographs show the close connection between the Temple and NZ Police, such as participating in the 3G4G Festival of Cultural Sharing and the Chinese New Year Lions Dance. In addition, he appreciated the Temple consistently delivering care to support the police officers, especially providing meals to the frontline staffs during the last year's pandemic lockdown.
Alongside the ceremony, the Temple also prepared delicious vegetarian refreshments for the audience. The Friend of FGY, Ms Amanda, expressed that BLIA members explain the beauty in their actions. The Beauty of Buddha's Light photographs captures precious moments to express the beauty of faith and legacy.
