Old Thames Girls Association toured the Temple

Today a group of 50 members of the Old Thames Girls Association toured the Temple. 36 members had booked, but the high level of interest in visiting the temple meant that more joined at the last minute.

Although it had been overcast and rainy in the morning, by the time the group arrived at 1pm the sun was shining. After the introduction in the Front Shrine by Graham Trail (English subchapter), the group was split into two with the second group being led by Venerable MiaoYu. Reverend Yu then led the whole group through a session of Taichi in the sunny courtyard followed by Sitting Meditation.

They then visited the Main Shrine before spending time revisiting some areas and then stopping at the tea shop before heading home. Many of the group expressed interest in returning again in the future.
