Venerable continue to explain the meaning of the five contemplation and by observing contemplation of causes and conditions to cure self ignorance and wrong views. When facing karmic obstacles, the contemplation of the Buddha is an antidote against it. Venerable explained Buddha have three form of Bodies: changing body (Nirmanakaya radiat), karma body (Sambhogakaya) and dharma body (Traquil Dharmakaya). Venerable also use Shakyamuni Buddha’s life to explain these three forms and using the moon as an example to further the explanation. Moon that reflects in the water is similar to changing body; the sphere of moon is the karma body; and the moon light is like a dharma body. With the explanation, students fully understand.

In the last contemplation – the contemplation of counting the breath explained when we have lots of confusion and distraction. By applying this contemplation, we can clear out self distraction and make our mind clearer and focus. Venerable stated that when we come to cultivate Buddhism in temple is also learning the right attitude towards life, by applying dharma to solve self problem, also to help us to become more diligent in walking the path of Buddhism.
