Tertiary Students Christian Fellowship Temple Tour

Jane Pelz had arranged for 130 students from the Tertiary Students Christian Fellowship, who were attending a National Conference to gain a deeper realization and understanding of the essence of different religions, to visit Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple during the morning of Tuesday 1 July.
About 7 volunteers gave their time to share their joy and knowledge of the Temple with the teachers and students. The Temple tour included a special question and answer session with the Venerable in Charge, Venerable Manwang. The students were assertive and motivated to ask many questions to enable them to have more understanding about some particular concepts and points of view according to Buddhism.
A group photograph was taken outside the Main Shrine of the teachers, students, the Venerable, tour guides and assistants as a memento of their visit. They praised Fo Guang Shan Temple for enabling them to achieve their aim and appreciated the invaluable teaching and learning through the question and answer session.
