Business Development Managers of Rotorua holds Seminar at Fo Guang Shan
On 18th May, the famous New Zealand Organization “Business Development Managers of Rotorua” held a seminar by hiring rooms at Fo Guang Shan as the venue. 44 members from the organization’s Asian and Tourism department attended the seminar.

Awards for the “Winner of 2011 Chinese Business Figures” were presented during the seminar.
Venerable Abbess Manshin came and spoke to the attendees of the seminar. The Abbess explained the cultural, education and religious propagation values behind Humanistic Buddhism, as well as the motto of “Giving” practiced by members of Fo Guang Shan during their everyday activities.

For the purpose of letting their members develop further understanding for Chinese culture, the organizer specially ordered the famous Lotus tea while having lunch at Water Drop Café. New Zealand Chinese television station WTV came to cover the seminar.
