Lotus flower in the English Children Buddhism

The children were taught about the meaning of lotus flower for the 25th March Buddhism class conducted in English.

The routine will began with the basic Buddhism etiquette in the main shrine.

Children were taught to make a Lotus flower whilst the meaning was explained. The attributes of lotus flower is purity, with thoughts and action. This will remind us to behave like one with dignity.

The children were led by their tutors to shows the Venerable Abbess Man-Shin their hand made lotus flower as well as the drawings.
