A visit from a Localist Reporter

Linda Shackelford paid a visit to FGS this afternoon was received by Venerable Man-Wang and volunteer-reporter Candice Chia, so to gain a better understanding of FGS current activities and growth since its establishment. She wrote an article “One person per tile” for the FGS building fund raising, whilst as a reporter for Howick and Pakuranga Times few years ago and left Linda a great impression.

Venerable Man-Wang has talked about the elementariness of Buddhism whilst conduct a guided temple tour with Linda on the architecture of the temple and its exhibitions. Other then, FGS has gradually becomes an important platform to assist and advocate policing to the local community.
Linda had wrote two articles on the Localist web site on the upcoming events after her visit.
