Running Same Pulse with Christchurch Reconstruction

In concerning the reconstruction of the Christchurch CBD, Fo Guang Shan (FGS) NZ’s Venerable Abbess Manshin, Venerable Miaoyu, Buddha’s Light International Association (BLIA) and Young Adult Division (YAD) members from both North and South Island that sum up to 12 people went into the Christchurch CBD to learn about the reopening of new container shops and the special construction of the area. When the group reached the Cashel Container Mall, they cannot help but to admire the construction of the colorful containers and the positive intentions of the government. They were then led to the Cathedral Church where mixed feelings arisen looking at the partly thorn down iconic landmark. But understanding a great plan to rebuild Christchurch that will be taking place even though it may be up to 15 years from the February 22 earthquake, support and morality were all given out to Christchurch. Everyone from FGS and BLIA will run the same pulse with the government, faiths, volunteers, and people of Christchurch in this great reconstruction program.
