The morning of October 2 is also the fifth class of Basic Buddhism and Basic Meditation where Buddha’s Light International Association (BLIA) members Ding Lihson and Feifei Lei shared their knowledge and wisdom. Meditation could bring calmness in our spirit, develop our inner potential and health to our body. Feifei first started with a walking warm up then followed by a simple walking meditation. Then, she conducted the class in counting the breath which could help in the right attention in a longer sitting meditation post. She also conducted the class in the right effort in meditation to successfully practice the relax Chan meditation.

Ding has then continued the class with a different way from the previous classes by a Q&A session to bring awareness of the Buddhism 5 Precepts and the Noble Eightfold Path that has been shared. Even though there were mistakes in answering the questions, the students then learned and remembered more after this way of sharing. Everyone has gotten a major step forward on Buddhism.
