Reverend Juexi shared a saying in a book authored by Venerable Master Hsing Yun, “One Root for the Full Blossomed Peach Flowers”; it sounds like this “I don’t only take this life as a pride in being a monastic, I vow to learn in the spirit and teachings of the Buddha, life after life, propagating the Dharma in the Saha world to every household, making a monk as an career of mine”, and this encouraged the students in learning Buddhism sincerely. The class then continued with a short video of welcoming the Buddha’s Tooth Relic giving everyone understand more about the Buddha’s Memorial Centre and it’s cause and conditions with Fo Guang Shan.
The reverend then in detailed explained about the Eight Pagoda, Main Center, Path to Buddhahood, Bodhi Wisdom Concourse, the Compassion of Buddha and so on.
