It was not easy for the students at first, but they slowly got into it and it had not only become a dance rehearsal, but also a great cultural exchange activity.

The teacher got the inspiration and choreographed the dance from the song “The Last Emperor” and praised that the students did a good job on the first class. They should still practice more to gain more self confidence and be more graceful. The song and the dance brought the students back to the time of Qing Dynasty moreover brought more energy of the youths to the Fo Guang Shan South Island temple.
