BLIA Oceania Seminar with Venerable Tsu-Jung

Buddha’s Light International Association (BLIA) Presidents from North Island NZ, Dolly Tsai, South Island NZ, Almeric Cheng, West-Australia, Mei-Yun Zheng, Melbourne, Jia-Qiang Cheng, Sydney, Su-Hua Chen, BLIA Queensland Director, Hua-Ting Xue and others had given reports of the cultural, educational, charity and future directions in the BLIA Oceania seminar after Su-Hua Chen welcomed everyone with a Fo Guang Shan (FGS) song, shi-hai-dou-shi-fo-guang-ren (Buddha’s Light members are everywhere).
After Venerable Tzu-Jung respectfully comprehended, the venerable was moved on the past and future activities where there are join forces with various associations in binding the Four Main Motto especially in the Buddha’s Birthday of Australia and New Zealand chapters that has the cultural exchange with the local people.
Venerable Tzu-Jung then expressed that global disasters are happening very frequently these days. With that, the venerable has presented the benefits of “Environmental and Spiritual Preservations” and encourages everyone to have a constant heart of a Bodhisattva, that resembles the earth, the oceans, the emptiness and love Mother Nature more with the slogan “A day with the Buddha’s Light Association, A life as a Buddha’s Light Member”.
In the end, Venerable Tzu-Jung has inspired everyone in the once of a lifetime opportunity of the Buddha Memorial Hall opening ceremony at the FGS Headquarters in Kaoshiong, Taiwan with the arrival of the Tooth Relic happening in December.
