The popular and magnificent Yao Hong Yin’s Embroidery Exhibition would be here once again on 14 November. On 3 November, under the guidance of Abbess Manshin, five volunteers turned the initially empty and lifeless art gallery into a professional art gallery with proper lighting and professionally placed hooks. Even the cleanliness and other minute details were not overlooked. It would definitely be a soothing experience while admiring the fascinating works of Yao in this meticulously designed art gallery.
Thereafter, Abbess Manshin proceeded to the Path to Buddhahood and discussed with the volunteers the possible ways to protect the newly planted mondo grass at the first quadrant of the field of merits. The mondo grass along the field of merits have added softness to the concrete path and have been growing from strength to strength. One can step on the mondo grass and feel the bouncing effect of the grass when they are fully grown. However, the first portion of the grass is still growing and thus extra care is needed for them to be fully grown.
