For the past 3 years, kiwi couple Glenis and Tony would visit the teahouse every Friday to enjoy the curry rice. Glenis has commented that the curry in the teahouse is the best she has tasted in NZ.

Another visitor Heather, has been frequenting the teahouse every saturday with her friends and family members without fail for the past 3 years. Her favourite food at the teahouse is Auspicious noodles.

Rose, a young teenager, who is good at Arts and a vegetarian, loves the Wanton soup in the teahouse so much that she became one of the teahouse staff.

Yet, another couple, a regular of the teahouse before their marriage, now bring along their two kids for meals regularly after years of marriage.

The teahouse has gained popularity amongst visitors since its' establishment due to the perseverance and immense effort of the staff in maintaining a high standard of food, service and ambience. The staff members have good relationships and networking with the customers and they just keep coming back.

Some customers would inform the staff when they are going away while others are very concerned when a staff is unwell. They will send their regards and some even sent thank you cards. The chef is always complimented for his delicious cooking and needless to say is popular with the teahouse crowd. He has also been invited to take photographs many times.

The teahouse staff commented that cooking is an art. It is trying to make the best out of ordinary ingredients. The teahouse staff has shown great strength of unity to make the operation a success. Last but not least, they reckon when you start giving, you will treasure the moments.
