Fo Guang Shan (North Island) Temple Tour

On 11 September, Fo Guang Shan (North Island)’s employee Anders, his cousin, younger brother and mother visited the temple. Anders’ mother arrived in Auckland on the same day and this is her second visit to New Zealand. Her first visit was in 2007 and it coincided with the temple’s ground breaking ceremony where she assisted in the temple chores and weeding. She was happy to see the temple’s garden had flourished into a mature garden which represents the growth and propagation of Humanistic Buddhism in New Zealand.
