Discussion for Fay’s Hand Painted Chinaware Exhibition

Auckland Hand Painted Chinaware president and teacher Mrs. Fay have migrant from Taiwan to New Zealand for almost 20 years and started her hobbies on Painting chinaware since then. Mrs. Fay’s talent had introduced by Taipei Economy and Cultural Office (TECO) Mr. Tsai to Fo Guang Yuan Art Gallery south Island. On 22nd March Mrs. Fay had invited to visit Fo Guang Yuan Art Gallery, temple supervisor Venerable Jue Xi, Venerable Miao Yu, BLIA Director Ming-Yuan, Kuo and Art Gallery assistant curator See Shen, Lee welcomed her. After Mrs. Fay visited the Art Gallery and she very delight and agree to display her artwork in the Christchurch Art Gallery. Mrs. Fay artwork have received a positive response in “2006 NZ-Taiwan Culture Show”, she have became the president of Auckland hand painted Chinaware club and she had committed to promote the teaching of hand painted Chinaware. All her unique artwork is created with lot of trial and challenge. After the discussed the detail with Fo Guang Yuan Art gallery, Mrs. Fay and IBA temple both agreed this exhibition will be surprising and they will soon meet up in Auckland and Christchurch Buddha’s birthday.
