“Last Saturday our guiding Reverend Miao Yu was absent in Christchurch so I took the service.
I made a slight variation to the usual format of the service and introduced a meditation around the 3 poisons - hate greed and ignorance.
As a result of the change I realize my mind has habitual expectations .The feel I experienced from this meditation I labeled at the time as anxiety . What an interesting result !”
