Developing our Inner Potential is the Essence of Buddhism – Fo Guang Shan (North Island) Family Visit

On 10 March, BLIA new volunteers Brother David Ni and Sister Jenny Huang hosted a home visit attended by Abbess Venerable Manshin, Venerable Manwang, BLIA President Dolly Tsai and 23 BLIA members. Brother David and Sister Jenny moved house about a month ago to the district near Fo Guang Shan (North Island) Temple and joined the BLIA.
Brother David and Sister Jenny expressed their gratitude to the BLIA members for their warmth in coming to their new house which was filled with laughter and happiness. All the members welcome them to the big BLIA family.
Abbess Venerable Manshin encouraged everyone to join the Dharma and meditation classes organized by the temple while participating in the Temple activities. The BLIA is a place where everyone can contribute their talents and through the activities, can test and verify the Dharma, find the meaning of life, breaking through the ‘old self’ and develop their inner potential.
