Activities in the Spotlight at Temple Staff Meeting

On 28th January, FGS South Island held another staff meeting, and the nine meeting participants included Temple Supervisor Venerable Juexi, Venerable Miaoyu and members of the Water Drop Café, Administration, Art Gallery, Information and Dharma Affairs groups.

Each group reported on their work progress and discussed:

1. The preparatory tasks of the Buddhist Matrimony on 27th March
2. Confirmation of guest numbers as well as event matters for Helena Egg Art Exhibition’s Finale Afternoon Tea
3. The relevant issues surrounding the packing up of the exhibitions
4. Confirmation of guest numbers and the seating plan for the Volunteers Chinese New Year Celebration Dinner. The program team and decoration team also discussed relevant affairs.
5. Confirmation of Relaxation and Meditation Class student numbers
6. The seating arrangement and procedure for the Fulfilling Light Dharma Function

Venerable Juexi said that it will be a busy time for everyone with the forthcoming events approaching, and reminded everyone to work together to make these events successful ones.
