Meal Service Meeting Ensures High Quality Service

On 23rd January, a meal service meeting was held in preparation for the Chinese New Year Volunteers’ Celebration Dinner on 30th January. The 14 event staff who attended the meeting included meal service leader Grace Fu, BLIA YAD President Jason Liu and Staff members. Temple Supervisor Venerable Juexi and Venerable Miaoyu were present to give guidance.

The meeting discussed the meal serving team staff numbers, the required portion of dinnerware and utensils, the meal-serving sequence, task allocations and venue decoration. Everyone contributed valuable suggestions as they searched for ways to bring to the guests high quality service. To date, 18 tables have already been filled by the guest list.

Everyone attentively participated in the meeting to ensure that all issues were addressed. Venerable Juexi reminded everyone to have confidence in waiting so that they may provide the guests the best possible service.
