2010 Happy Camp Committee Members Meeting

Happy Camp committee members held a meeting on 19 December 2009. Venerable Rulian and 6 youth members attended the meeting. They confirmed the itinerary and activities for the camp and assigned responsibility to various teams.

The agenda for day 1 of the Happy Camp and the “To-do-list” have been drafted. Calling previous year participants to inform them about this camp has been assigned. Before the meeting ended, ways to improve the efficiency and quality of the 2010 Happy Camp were brainstormed and noted.
