Australian Guests Experience Peace & Serenity of Temple

On 4th November, BLIA member Caifen Liao brought six of her friends from Australia to FGS South Island for a visit. Upon their arrival, were welcomed by Venerable Miaoyu. One of Ms. Liao’s friends, Ms. Zhewen Chen, is a devout Buddhist, having taken the Bodhisattva precepts in Nan Tien Temple and has been a vegetarian for over 20 years.

The guests enjoyed the introduction to the architectural features of the building along with the art exhibitions that were on display at that time.
After their tour of the Temple, Venerable Juexi gave everyone the FGS New Zealand’s 2010 Calendar as a gift. The visitors expressed that they wish to visit the Temple again to participate in a Dharma Function in such a serene and peaceful temple.
