Reiterating Venerable Master’s words, Abbes explained that there are eight rules the husband and wife need to follow in order for husband and wife to get along with each other. There are four rules for husbands, they are: to not bring too much money when taking the wife out; to going home for dinner; to go out as a couple to social events; and to be humorous with the wife.

The four rules for wives are as follows: to make the household environment comfortable and happy; to cook delicious food so the husband loves coming home; to manage the household economically and efficiently; and to keep no secrets.
