Being a Coffee Barista Is About Brewing With Heart

To foster the culture of quality coffee at Fo Guang Shan South Island’s Tea House of, expert barista Andy Hsiao was again invited to conduct another lesson of coffee brewing on 10th April.

During the class, the keen students learnt the correct way and attitude required to serve the customers. According to the experienced barista, a cup of good coffee and a smile is the most natural and best way to serve! Hopefully, through this coffee brewing session, the students will have learnt “to serve with heart”, and consequently form good affinities with the patrons of the Tea House.

After the class, it was evident that everyone was making good progress, as many learnt how to decorate the milk froth with heart shapes.
