Dun Huang Dance Will Surely Impress During Celebration

To further perfect their Dun Huang Dance performance for Buddha’s Birthday Celebration, BLIA South Island Young Adults Division Members gathered at Fo Guang Shan South Island on the evening of 26th March for their second week of their Dun Huang Dance rehearsal.

Under the guidance of dance teacher Ms. Yahan, the students practiced hard during their content-rich session of dance rehearsal. Ms. Yahan added the elegant ribbon into their practice and subsequent performance to highlight the mellow nature of the Dun Huang Dance.

Dance student Rachel commented that all the movements and steps for their Dun Huang Dance have been finalised, and the task for the following few practice sessions is to familiarize themselves with them. Through the numerous rehearsal sessions, the dancers hope to produce a stunning performance during Buddha’s Birthday.
