A Joyful Visit to FGS South Island by IDEA Services

On 3rd February, a caregiver from IDEA Services-a service that cares for the intellectually disabled members of the community and facilitates their entry into mainstream society- took four service users to FGS South Island for a visit.

BLIA committee member Louisa Kuo showed the guests around FGY Art Gallery South Island’s current exhibition “The More Good The Better” and gave them the opportunity to browse through the souvenir displays.

The group’s care giver decided to take them to the Temple after her own inspiring experience at the Temple during her previous visits. She wanted to allow the service users to experience the serenity and peace of the Temple, in hope that they will also find their inspiration during their visit to the Temple.
