Inauguration of the New President Ceremony

The final ceremony of the morning was the inauguration of the new President and new Committee Group for the Auckland Fo Guang Shan BLIA.

All Venerable Reverends and about 200 committee and general members witnessed and celebrated the ceremony. ‘Valued Members’ were recognized and appreciated.

Venerable Abbess Manshin asked that we reflect on the ‘Bodhisattva and Volunteers’ as a guide; being a servant of all sentient beings before we obtain perfect enlightenment; valuing and making our lives more meaningful through following the Bodhisattva path. The Committee Members are examples of this for all BLIA members
