Peter Batten, Communications co-ordinator of the English Sub-Chapter, represented Peter Young, President of BLIA, at the celebration of the National Indian Holiday celebration of Ghandi Jaynati’s Birthday. A speech was given by Dr Rajen Prasad about non-violence

Approximately 50 adults and children of the school attended the celebrations, the theme of which was truth, non co -operation of evil, non violence and openness of faith. The programme included lighting of the lamp, prayer, dance and music.
