Class On Making Dora-Yaki

To satisfy people’s interest in the Japanese Dora-Yaki, Buddha's Light International Association South Island North 1 chapter president Shuang Chi Lee’s sister Chi Lee Tsai began holding a class on the 18th of October. And taught the students how to make delicious Dora-Yaki. In total, 15 Kitchen staff and members of Buddha's Light International Association South Island Young Adult Division attended.

During the baking of the Dora-Yaki, fragrant smells of freshly baked Dora-yaki made Jay irresistible. Everyone felt humour in the event. Everyone commented that the Dora-Yaki was soft, and dissolved upon eating it. And received everyones praise and approval.

All the freshly baked Dora-Yaki were devoured instantly. The cooking class successfully concluded with everyone contented. In the future, the Tea House will organize more cooking classes for delicious food, wait in anticipation.
