Temple Tour Guides’ First Training Session

To help volunteers build their knowledge of Fo Guang Shan South Island Temple, on the 7th of October, a training session was held for the Temple Tour Guides. In preparation for the Arts and Culture Festival on the 11th of October, they discussed the information they need to present, which included introducing the different areas of the Temple, the temples construction and also the works at Fo Guang Yuan Art Gallery II of FGS South Island Temple.

Buddha’s Light International Association South Island committee members Mr. Jack Liu, Ms. Wang and FGY Art Gallery’s Assistant Curator Ms. See Shen Lee took the Temple Tour Guides and upped their knowledge a step further on the basic information regarding FGS South Island Temple and FGY Art Gallery II. After the session, members will be able to provide more information and service to the local community, and the locals will feel that they have received a lot upon their visit to the Temple.
