Paparoa Rentals and Travel

Thursday 2nd October

Today a large group of 45 members from "Paparoa Rentals and Travel" visited the temple. They started with the Temple tour, guided by Graham and Annie, followed by Tai Chi which was led by Venerable Maioyu in the courtyard in front of the Main Shrine. The weather was mostly sunny which always makes the tour and Tai Chi more enjoyable, particularly for seniors such as were on the tour today.

The group had time to view the beautiful embroidery exhibition and were most taken with the exquisite artworks. They then had a short session of sitting meditation before heading for the Tea House for a set lunch. The feedback was very good, and a number of the group wished they had been able to spend more time at the Temple before departing to Half Moon Bay where they had a ferry to catch into Auckland City.
