Meeting In Preparation For The Arts and Culture Festival

On the 11th of October, the Arts and Culture Festival will be held at Fo Guang Shan South Island Temple. Today, a meeting was held for the upcoming event, with event organizer, Buddha's Light International Association South Island committee member Jack Liu chairing the meeting.

In attendance were BLIA members You Jing You, Chiu Hsia Wang, BLIA secretary Tracy Chen, Fo Guang Yuan Art Gallery assistant curator See Shen Lee, and BLIA South Island Young Adult Division president Wei Chia Cheng.

During the meeting, the tour guide process, contents for the slide show, menu for the afternoon tea and invitation numbers for the event were discussed. The progress of each staff department and attitude towards work were kept to a high standard, which hopefully will allow for the smooth running of the entire organizing process.

Meeting attendees added to the body of the meeting by raising miscellaneous issues. The meeting allowed those present to develop a collective sense of understanding and cooperation.
