Moon festival banquet rehearsal session

To prepare for the moon festival banquet on the 20th September, staff, volunteers and performers for the event arrived at the temple at 7pm to rehearse and set-up the venue.

The banquet was organized by Buddha's Light International Association South Island committee member Jack Liu. Fellow BLIA committee member and programme consultant Mrs Yang Gui-Hua led a team of 6 staff to run through the performance programme for the banquet.

The rehearsal session witnessed a solo singer, a choir, jazz dance, ballet dance, as well as hand-gestures, Shaolin kung fu, break-dance and hip-hop dance by BLIA South Island Young Adult Division. Performers zealously rehearsed and collaborated with the sound team in hope that the banquet will turn out to be a success.
