Mid-Autumn (Moon Cake) Festival

Over 500 people attended the Festival which began at 10am with a family get together. The four sub-chapters worked together organizing stalls and activities which included calligraphy, beading, lotus origami, a quiz and vegetarian food stalls. The children took part in a treasure hunt which enabled them to learn more about the architecture, scenery and other aspects of the Temple. The lantern making competition and lantern displays created a good opportunity for local people to take part in Chinese culture.
